• Fax us all the necessary data in the application form, I (Mark Errington, owner) will come to the property.
• I will open the door, and change the key-combination (rekey the lock).
• Once the job is finished, I will take photos of the property and leave the new keys in your lock box outside the property or hand delivery them to you in person.
• I will mail you or bring my invoice to you in person.
• You will receive an e-mail with the photos attached.
